How can I book?

You can book directly through our website or by emailing us at hello@mandalabeachhouse.net. If Mandala is unavailable on your chosen dates, contact us to be added to our waitlist or check out our sister properties, Sundara Beach House and Uma on Werri in Gerringong.

Question 2

Is there a minimum night stay?

We have a two night minimum stay for most bookings, a three night minimum on long weekends and a seven night minimum in peak season. Weekend bookings must include both Friday and Saturday nights.

When is check in and check out?

Check in time at Mandala Beach House is 3 PM and check out time is 10 AM.

Question 4

How many people can Mandala sleep?

Accepted Answer

Mandala sleeps a maximum of 12 adults. We can sleep an additional two children on fold away beds at an extra cost, for a total of 14 guests, and children using the fold away beds must be under 12 years old. Infants under 2 years are welcome and are not included in the guest count. The bedroom configuration is: upstairs bedroom 1 master king, upstairs bedroom 2 king that can split into two singles, downstairs bedroom 3 king, downstairs bedroom 4 king that can split into two singles, downstairs bedroom 5 king and bedroom 6 or games room with a queen wall bed with a high quality mattress. Mandala is registered with NSW Government as Property ID STRA 12667.

Can you recommend the best local eateries, supermarkets, private chefs or caterers for our stay?

Yes. There are excellent local cafes, restaurants, wineries, fresh produce and supermarkets within a short drive of Mandala Beach House. We can also help you organise a private chef, grazing platter or catering during your stay. Contact us to request a copy of our Destination Guide so you can plan your visit.

Can you recommend unforgettable experiences?

Yes. To make your stay at Mandala extra special, we can help curate unforgettable experiences such as horse riding on the beach, bespoke food and wine tours, private yoga or pilates classes, surf lessons and in house spa treatments. Contact us to request a copy of our Destination Guide.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

The deposit is fully refundable if written notice of cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival. Where notification is received less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be given and the full tariff will be forfeited. If we are able to rebook any of the cancelled nights, a refund will be given for those nights.

Are there any rules I should know before booking?

We ask guests to treat Mandala Beach House as their own, but there are a few important house rules. The maximum number of guests must not exceed 12 adults, with an additional two children on fold away beds at extra cost so a total of 14 guests, and children on fold away beds must be under 12 years. Infants under 2 years are welcome and not included in the guest count. Under no circumstances are parties, functions or loud gatherings permitted, including hens, bucks or Schoolies celebrations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain a relaxing environment for our neighbours, and we ask guests to observe the no smoking inside requirement for the duration of their stay.
